This Privacy Policy describes how Noble Escapes Luxury Retreats (“Noble Escapes”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and discloses information when you use staynobleescapes.com (the “Website”) and when you book a stay at Modern Magnolia on Lake Oconee. It also explains your privacy choices. By using the Website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Words with an initial capital letter have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in the singular or the plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “Noble Escapes”, “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Privacy Policy) refers to Noble Escapes Luxury Retreats, operating in Lake Oconee, Eatonton, Georgia, USA.
- Cookies are small files placed on your computer, mobile device or other device by a website, containing details of your browsing history on that site among other uses.
- Country refers to: State of Georgia, United States.
- Device means any device that can access the Website, such as a computer, phone or tablet.

- Service refers to the Website and the booking functionality available on it.
- Service Provider means a company or individual that processes data on our behalf, including the HomeRunner booking engine, the property management system Hostfully, the payment processor connected to the booking engine, the email service Brevo, the network and security service Cloudflare, and Google reCAPTCHA.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, generated either by use of the Website or from the Website’s infrastructure itself.
- Website refers to staynobleescapes.com.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Website, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.

While you use the Website, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, including but not limited to:

- Mailing or billing address
- Reservation details, such as stay dates, number of guests and property preferences

Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when you use the Website. It may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, the pages of our Website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Booking and Payment Information
When you book directly on the Website, your reservation, quote and guest details are processed by the HomeRunner booking engine and synced to our property management system, Hostfully, so that Rebecca Russ and the Noble Escapes team can manage your stay at Modern Magnolia. Card payments are handled by the payment processor connected to the booking engine. Noble Escapes does not store your full card number.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Website and, where noted below, to support the booking process. The technologies we use include:

We do not run advertising or marketing pixels on the Website. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the Website, including the booking flow, may not function properly without them.
Use of Your Personal Data
We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Website, including processing and managing your booking
- For the performance of a contract: to fulfill the reservation, quote or other agreement you enter into with us through the Website
- To contact you by email, telephone or text regarding your reservation, stay, or requests you have made
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form or the homeowner application form
- For business transfers, in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of some or all of our assets
- For other purposes, such as improving the Website and understanding how it is used
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Service Providers
We share the Personal Data necessary to operate your booking with our Service Providers, namely the HomeRunner booking engine, Hostfully, the payment processor connected to the booking engine, Brevo (for transactional email such as booking confirmations), Cloudflare (which serves and protects the Website), and Google reCAPTCHA. These providers are permitted to use your Personal Data only to perform the services we ask them to provide.
Business Transactions
If Noble Escapes is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Other Legal Requirements
We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation

Security of Your Personal Data
The security of your Personal Data is important to us, but no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your Personal Data, including relying on Cloudflare for network security and on our payment processor to handle card data directly, so Noble Escapes does not store your full card number. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The Website is not directed to anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so we can remove that information.

The Website may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us, including our booking engine, payment processor and other Service Providers. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites or services.
